2FIFTEEN: Your IT Systems Management Partner.
Outsourced IT managed service providers have been around almost as long as desktop computers. Managed Service Providers, or MSPs, typically fulfill an episodic role, repairing broken hardware, replacing and upgrading software, and patching new fixes on legacy infrastructures. This is sometimes referred to as “break fix.”
2FIFTEEN is different. We represent a highly evolved, and far more effective variation on that model: IT Systems Management Partner. 2FIFTEEN is responsible for designing and maintaining a client’s IT system infrastructure, either supplementing an IT department, or standing in for one that doesn’t exist. Most importantly, 2FIFTEEN does so with the goal of engineering and building a system from the ground up, monitoring it to prevent failures, and working closely with our clients to keep them a step ahead of the information systems curve. 2FIFTEEN’s unique portfolio of industry certifications in systems consulting, enterprise mobile management (EMM), and training accelerates its ability to identify potential cost benefits, and positions the firm apart from outsourced IT services vendors.
Engineer. Implement. Monitor. Protect.
The 2FIFTEEN IT systems management model is a turnkey approach to helping you operate more efficiently and at lower cost. We do it by standardizing and continuously improving overall IT performance. We protect that performance by employing sophisticated monitoring tools and services that reduce or eliminate the possibility of downtime caused by system failure.
2FIFTEEN’s seasoned IT systems management team takes ownership of a your IT environment and acts as an outsourced extension of an in-house technology function. This mean’s a client’s business is not constrained by reactive, day-to-day technology management issues, and can focus on R&D, new products, improved customer service, and other strategic issues.
2FIFTEEN delivers assurance and peace of mind that your IT environment has been designed and built as an integrated system rather than a patchwork of sequential fixes; and that mission-critical information and processes are being monitored and protected 24/7 by a trusted team of professionals.
